The effectiveness of essential oils as a biofungicide and potassium fertilizers in control of rubber leaf fall disease (<i>Corynespora</i> sp.)

Corynespora causes leaf fall disease in rubber plants. Control can be done with bio fungicides and potassium fertilizer. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of essential oils fertilizer controlling disease. The research was conducted from January December 2018 Landak Regency, West Kalimantan. used a randomized block design 13 treatments repeated 3 times. treatment is without biofungicide KCl, citronella oil + (KCl 250 g, 312.5 KCl 375 g), clove liquid smoke chemical ( mancozeb ) g). results showed that oil, had same inhibitory power as fungicides. combination g/plant/year reduce intensity Corynospora attack up 7.33% inhibition reaching 90.09% maintain yield 28.1-28.3 g/tapping (94.33%). increased lignin content leaves by 22.63%.
